Jack Azor
V.P. of Sales & Operations
Jack Azor is the Vice President of Sales & Operations for NAL and has been with the company since 2011. Jack brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Sales and Global Operations expertise with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives. Jack is your go-to guy for sales strategies and nurturing customer relationships. Jack firmly believes in innovation, teamwork, and putting the customer first.
Jim Bird
Director of Procurement
Jim Bird is the Director of Procurement for E.L. Hollingsworth. He has been with the company since 2023 and has over 30 years of experience in the supply chain industry. He proudly served 16 years in the military and coached high school football. His experience in analytics, relations and innovative thinking is key when developing partnerships needed in today’s marketplace.
Krista H.
Chief Financial Officer
Krista is the CFO of E.L. Hollingsworth and has been with the company since 2011. Her transportation experience includes operating a flatbed tractor/trailer prior to earning a degree in accounting. In addition to managing the finance department and overseeing the accountants, she is also responsible for HR functions. Krista is committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done!
Jeff Berlin
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is the COO of E. L. Hollingsworth companies. He has been with E.L.H since 2004 and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting as well as his MBA. Jeff has held many positions here which has allowed him to utilize his experience in multiple roles throughout his career at E. L. Hollingsworth along with his experience in the U.S Marine Corps. Jeff is constantly working to find new ways to add value through strategic acquisitions and exceptional internal performance.
Chris Shepard
President
Chris is the President of E.L. Hollingsworth, he has been with the company since 1990 and helped develop NAL, TOP and Elite. Chris has experience in sales, trucking operations and dispatch services. Chris believes in treating our carriers as we wish to be treated.
