Director Operations Victoria Saez

Victoria is the Director of Operations for NAL. She has been with the company since early 2022. Victoria has extensive experience in the supply chain industry, spending the last 20 years focused on domestic expedite and international business. Victoria has occupied every position in logistics, starting as an entry level all the way to Director of Operations. Victoria's passion is to see the operation team  grow into the most successful group of logistics leaders in the industry. Victoria plans on achieving this by brining an infectious positive energy to her team.  


C.F.O Krista H

Krista is the CFO of E.L. Hollingsworth and has been with the company since 2011. Her transportation experience includes operating a flatbed tractor/trailer prior to earning a degree in accounting. In addition to managing the finance department and overseeing the accountants, she is also responsible for HR functions. Krista is committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done!

As the CEO, Steve Barr, is focused on professional excellence and development within the organization, as well as innovation in the logistics industry.


E.V.P.- James French

James is the Executive Vice President of E. L. Hollingsworth. He has been with the company since 2020. James served in the United States Marine Corps from 2010-2013 and once he returned home he began his career in logistics. James has an extensive background in supply chain which has allowed him to incorporate his experience and diverse skillset to develop teams and individuals who are the very best at what they do. James believes that the key to running a successful 3PL is providing all the proper tools and trainings for team members to succeed. 


C.O.O Jeff Berlin

Jeff is the C.O.O. of E. L. Hollingsworth companies. He has been with E.L.H since 2004 and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting as well as his MBA. Jeff has held many positions here which has allowed him to utilize his experience in multiple roles throughout his career at E. L. Hollingsworth along with his experience in the U.S Marine Corps. Jeff is constantly working to find new ways to add value through strategic acquisitions and exceptional internal performance.


President Chris Shepard

Chris is the President of E.L. Hollingsworth, he has been with the company since 1990 and helped develop NAL, TOP and Elite. Chris has experience in sales, trucking operations and dispatch services. Chris believes in treating our carriers as we wish to be treated.
